Understanding how progress is achieved is what this slogan highlights. We progress with team effort communicates that real advancement comes from collaborative work—people bringing their strengths together, planning, supporting one another, and moving toward shared goals. It emphasizes action and measurable growth through unity and cooperation, which fits a department built on teamwork, programs, and services carried out by many hands.

The other ideas carry valid sentiments, but they don’t anchor progress to collaborative action in the same clear way. One invokes a biblical principle about faith and deeds, which is meaningful in ministry contexts but isn’t a practical slogan for directing daily efforts. Another stresses unity without specifying how progress happens, and the last centers on being united in service without foregrounding the teamwork that drives real advancement. The chosen phrase uniquely ties progress to collective effort, making it the best fit.
