When was the first MSW5th Jurisdiction's Excel Women in Leadership Academy - Missionary Training conducted?

Knowing when the first MSW5th Jurisdiction Excel Women in Leadership Academy - Missionary Training took place tests your recall of the program’s launch date. The inaugural training is documented as happening in November 2016. This places the event in the jurisdiction’s fall schedule and fits the timeline for launching the first cohort that year. Dates such as November 2015, October 2016, or January 2017 don’t align with the official record for the first session, so November 2016 is the correct anchor date.
