Which doctrine is the doctrine of God?

The main idea here is identifying which field deals with the nature and existence of God. Theology is the study of God—His being, attributes, and actions, and how He has revealed Himself to humanity. It covers what we can know about God and how that knowledge shapes belief and practice, often including what Christians call theology proper or the doctrine of God. The other options focus on different topics: bibliology is about the Bible—its authority, inspiration, and canon; pneumatology is the doctrine concerning the Holy Spirit; hamartiology is the study of sin—its origins, consequences, and remedy. Thus, theology is the discipline that directly addresses the doctrine of God.
