Which statement best captures the meaning of Understanding the Call?

Understanding the Call is about recognizing who you are serving through the church’s organized roles and systems. It means you see your work as representing the people of the church—the congregation and its mission—through those structures. So the focus is on serving and guiding for the good of the body, not on pursuing your own goals, juggling a budget, or tracing family history. When you grasp this, your choices and leadership flow from what helps the church and its members, aligning with their needs and the church’s purpose.
